In one-to-one coaching with me, two resourceful people come together. Coaching is quality time and it is important for me to conduct conversations in a focused and goal-oriented way. I ask questions, reflect on statements and bring my solution options to the table. At the same time, humour does not fall by the wayside.
With my transgender background, I am in the exceptional position of having experienced the work from two gender perspectives. For this reason, supporting women in management positions is a matter close to my heart.
Coaching sessions are open discussions that take place face-to-face (I live in Zurich) or via video call. I follow the resource-oriented approach of non-violent communication in the conversations, use the efficiency of manager tools and round off the new experiences with didactic tools from my training as an adult course instructor. Appointments with me can be in German or English.
If it is possible, I like to use visualizations of the Design-Thinking method.
