What I’m doing now

(This is a now page, and if you have your own site, you should make one, too.)
Updated 15 March 2026 from Zurich, Switzerland.

Right now I am spending a lot of time on one question: how do you help people, especially company leaders, become convincingly the best version of themselves? The easy version is to just let me do whatever they want. The harder version is to work with them on their presence. I care much more about the harder version.

Work

EVERYWOW

At EVERYWOW, I work on executive communication and video formats that need to hold up when the stakes are high. Town halls. Keynotes. Podcasts. Internal messages. The interesting part for me is rarely the camera itself. It is the thinking before the camera turns on.

What should this person say? What should they not say? What kind of format helps them sound like themselves, but clearer, calmer, and more useful? That is still the work I like most.

WOW Happens

A current project I really like is WOW Happens, a podcast I am doing with Victor. We talk about video from the inside: what makes it hard, what people underestimate, how you find your own camera presence, how technology changes the work, and what goes on in your head when you are trying to be good on video without becoming stiff.

It is for people who want to start showing up on video in a way that feels real, and for people who already do this work and know that the details matter more than outsiders think.

Health

Sport is still a big part of my life, which is mildly funny because I never thought of myself as a sporty person. I train with Sheila, love her, and do regular workouts.

I even took some of the photos of Sheila. She uses them on her website, including the hero image, which was a nice way to support her work.

I have also developed a bit of a quantified-self side. I use Whoop, track food with MacroFactor, and meditate with Happier. We have had a Withings scale for eleven years now, and I still find it strangely satisfying to look at that long line of data and see what changed and what stayed the same.

Life

I live in Zurich, and I am married to Eleanor. That simple sentence still makes me happy. Eleanor also runs her own business, Agentic Ventures. Check it out!

Improv theatre and stand-up comedy are still somewhere in my life, even if less often than before. I like what it does to my brain. It keeps me a bit looser, a bit more awake, and a bit less attached to perfect wording, which is probably healthy for someone who spends this much time thinking about communication.

If we have not spoken in a year, that is the honest update. If you would like to learn what work I have done before, you can read my previous work page.
