Brilliance Is a Process.
Your team knows executive communication. They brief executives, prepare townhalls, coordinate recordings. These trainings add the professional processes that make all of that faster, more consistent, and predictable.
Every training is hands-on. Your team works with real material from your organization and leaves with playbooks, templates, and working drafts they can use the next day.

The Why, the What, and the How
My consulting work answers the why and the what. What should your executive communication achieve. Which formats work for which audiences. Where the strategy needs to shift.
These trainings answer the how.
More precisely, the efficient how: professional preparation workflows, structured briefing processes, repeatable frameworks your team can run across situations. The kind of methods that turn a good communications team into one that delivers consistently great results, faster.
The material comes from fifteen years of working with executives and communications leaders. Real projects, real preparation processes, real situations that worked or didn’t.
For Your Communications Team
Half-day · In-person or remote
Executive Video Readiness
The professional process for preparing executives for video, from the first briefing to the moment before the camera turns on. Your team learns to design formats for screen (not stage), build briefing documents that executives actually use, and run a rehearsal process that reduces anxiety instead of adding to it.
Participants leave with a preparation playbook and briefing templates built around their own company’s situations.

Building an Executive Communication Program
Most organizations handle executive communication event by event. A townhall comes up, someone prepares it. A video needs recording, someone organizes it. There’s no program, no format portfolio, no quality standard that holds across situations.
This training changes that. Participants design the first draft of their own executive communication program during the session: which formats serve which audiences, what the preparation cadence looks like, how to align stakeholders before the executive rewrites everything the night before.

Process Design for Communications Teams
How the communications function itself operates. Intake processes, service models, workflows, quality standards. This goes beyond executive communication. It covers how work flows through the team, how requests get handled, how to build an operating structure that’s efficient and doesn’t create unnecessary bottlenecks.
Participants leave with a service model draft and process templates they can adapt to their team’s size and reality.

Leadership Storytelling for Video
Your executives have business messages. Your audience needs stories they understand. The gap between the two is where most executive videos lose people. This training teaches your communications team how to take a corporate message and shape it into something that holds attention on screen.
Participants practice with material from their own organization and leave with story frameworks they can apply to the next executive video.
For Your Executives
These trainings are for your executives, booked by you. I work directly with the executive in focused, practical sessions. In-person only, delivered anywhere in Europe.

Camera-Ready Leadership
For executives who communicate on video and don’t understand why it feels different from speaking to a room. Two focused sessions where the executive works with real camera equipment in a real production environment.
The first session is about what changes between stage and screen, and finding the executive’s natural on-camera presence. The second is practice: record, review, adjust, record again. The executive leaves knowing what works for them on camera. You get an executive who no longer needs to be guided through every recording.
Delivered with an EVERYWOW production setup, so the practice environment matches real conditions.

High-Stakes Moment Preparation
For leadership teams facing a specific upcoming moment: a transformation announcement, a townhall after a restructuring, a new CEO’s first address to the company. Built around the actual situation your organization is dealing with.
The first session works through message architecture: what does the audience need to hear, what does the executive need to say, how do those two things meet. The second is rehearsal and refinement. Getting the executive to a place where they own the message and can deliver it under pressure, in their own words.
This is the most practical training in the portfolio because it’s tied to something real, with a real deadline.
What Participants Take Home
Every training runs at roughly 40% input, 60% working sessions.
Participants build playbooks, draft programs, design processes, and practice with real material from their own organization during the session. The artifacts they create are theirs to keep and use immediately. Templates, frameworks, and checklists are part of every training. The most valuable takeaway is the draft your team builds during the session, because it’s already built for your reality.
How Booking Works
Every training starts with a conversation. You tell me what your team needs, I recommend the right training, and we figure out the logistics. Most trainings can be scheduled within four to six weeks.
The team trainings work in-person or remote. The executive trainings are in-person only, anywhere in Europe. Camera-Ready Leadership includes EVERYWOW’s full production setup.
If you’re not sure which training fits, that’s what the first conversation is for.

Questions You Might Have
Can these trainings be customized?
The structure and frameworks are standardized. The content adapts to your organization. Participants work with their own material, their own situations, their own upcoming events. That’s what makes the output immediately usable.
How many participants per session?
The team trainings work best with 4 to 6 people. Small enough for active participation, large enough for useful group dynamics. The executive trainings are one-on-one or small leadership groups of two.
What if we need both consulting and a training?
Many clients combine both. Some start with a training to build the team’s capability, then continue with advisory. Others bring me in as a thinking partner first and add a training later. The two are standalone offerings that connect naturally.
What does a training cost?
Every situation is different. Reach out and we’ll figure out the right scope together.
